Nedbank appeal of fraud ruling upheld - 22 July
The Supreme Court of Appeal has upheld Nedbank's appeal against a high court judgment last year that found "overwhelming evidence" of fraud or collusion between the bank and liquidators of a property development company. The appeal and judgment related to the auctioning of 137 properties for a nominal value, to the prejudice of creditors of the development company. - Business Report website
