Fidentia cases postponed to next year - 23 November
The three embezzlement cases against J Arthur Brown, former chief executive of the Fidentia group, were postponed on Monday in the Cape Town Regional Court to January next year. At Monday's proceedings before magistrate Wilma van der Merwe, at the request of senior counsel for the state Jannie van Vuuren the three cases were postponed to January 22. - Mail & Guardian website
