Zulu
'has not told a shred of truth' - 3 December
Durban businessman Sifiso Zulu seems determined never to
explain, under oath, his version of the events of March 29
last year, when his BMW sped through a red robot, crashed
into another car resulting in the deaths of two people.
Although he is now firmly on the legal back foot, with a
court ruling yesterday that the State had put up enough
evidence to suggest that he had been driving that night, his
advocate said he would not testify. - IOL
