Nortons
relieved as Dina's appeal turned down - 30 October
The family of murdered baby Jordan Leigh Norton reacted with
relief on Thursday to the news that Dina Rodrigues and two
hitmen she hired to kill her ex-boyfriend's child had failed in
their attempts to have their life sentences reduced on appeal. Judges
Andre le Grange and Jeanette Traverso found that Judge Basheer
Waglay had been correct in his finding that Rodrigues, Sipho
Mfazwe and Mongezi Bobotyane had to serve life sentences for
their involvement in the baby's "callous" contract
murder. - IOL website

partner in the liquidated Arthur Andersen auditing firm, applied
in the high court yesterday to declare that Ingrid Kebble had no
right of ownership or occupation of 10 La Corniche, Victoria

the company for R4.2-million in 2006. - IOL
